About Us
Sayla Mahajan Panjrapole is an organization that does charitable work with regards to the care, protection, and overall well-being of animals in need. The organization is found within the town of Sayla, which is based in the Surendranagar district of Gujarat. The panjrapole serves as a refuge for animals that have been injured, abandoned, or otherwise unable to care for themselves. It operates on the values of compassion, respect, and service for all animals and is carried forth through the continuous efforts of the panjrapole to provide quality food, veterinary assistance, and a safe environment for all animals in its care.
Currently, the panjrapole provides for over 3,000 animals per day. These animals receive food and medical care daily as well as long-term care from the panjrapole’s staff, volunteers, and local community members. The panjrapole continues to provide assistance to animals in distress, helping each to achieve a quality of life they would enjoy. As its numbers have grown, so too has the panjrapole expanded the facilities and services it provides to animals and the nearby community.
The Sayla Mahajan Panjrapole’s work is made possible by generous donations from supporters of animal welfare, their families, and other friends of animals. The growth of donations and other support given to the trust shows our commitment to keeping the same level of transparency, accountability, and responsible use of donations.
Donors who make donations to the trust are eligible for tax deductions under Section 80G(5), so they can give to animal welfare while also receiving tax benefits. To help ensure compliance and accountability, the trust provides required legal documents, such as Form 10B, 12A, and other documents so that all of the financial activities of the trust comply with legal requirements.
To continue improving operational efficiency and donor communication, Sayla Mahajan Panjrapole is introducing more modern systems that allow donors to make secure digital donations, receive immediate receipts and have on-going access to important documents. These efforts enhance trust with its supporters so the organization can continue its mission to serve animals with compassion.
